Scanning receipts with AI

Photograph a receipt and let AI extract the details — no manual entry needed.

Receipt scanning uses AI to extract the merchant name, amount, date, and line items from a photo of your receipt.

    Open the transaction form

    Go to Finances → Transactions and click "Add Transaction".

    Tap the camera icon

    This opens the receipt scanner.

    Take or upload a photo

    Make sure the receipt is well-lit and the text is legible.

    Review the extracted details

    AI fills in the merchant, amount, and date. Correct anything that looks off.

    Save

    The transaction is added to your account with full details.
