My payment failed — what do I do?

Common reasons payments fail and how to fix them quickly.

If your subscription payment fails, your Pro access remains active for a short grace period while you resolve the issue.

Common reasons & fixes

  • Expired card — update your card details in Settings → Account → Billing.
  • Insufficient funds — ensure your card has enough available balance on your renewal date.
  • Card declined by bank — contact your bank or try a different card.
  • 3DS authentication required — check your email for a verification link from your bank.

Warning

After 3 failed retries over 7 days, your subscription is cancelled automatically. You'll receive an email notification before this happens.
