Having trouble logging in? Here are the most common causes and how to fix each one.
- Wrong password — use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page to reset it.
- Wrong email — check if you signed up with a different address or via Google/Apple.
- OAuth error — try clearing your browser cache or using an incognito window.
- Account not verified — check your inbox for a verification email and confirm your address.
- Account suspended — contact support if you believe this is an error.
Tip
If you signed up with Google, you must click "Login with Google" — the email/password form won't work for that account.
